Fayette County Democrats are encouraged to attend this bimonthly meeting. With a near 50/50 County political divide yet only 20/80 Democrat-Republican representation, every underrepresented face and voice helps our lone Democratic Commissioner fight for your values when deciding the future of Fayette County.
WHEN: The Fayette County Board of Commissioners Meeting is held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. Click here to view the 2022 FCBOC Meeting Schedule
WHERE: The Fayette County Administrative Complex, 140 Stonewall Avenue West, Suite 100 (Public Meeting Room), Fayetteville, GA 30214.
Fayette County is the most politically divided Atlanta County with the highest likelihood of flipping Democrat in the upcoming 2022/2024 elections. Because of Republican gerrymandering, only one Democrat sits on the County Board of Commissioners (District 4’s Charles Rousseau).
